Refund and Returns Policy

Krow’s Den

We want you to love what you find in the Den. Because many of our items are vintage, handcrafted, or one-of-a-kind, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the uniqueness of the pieces we sell.

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, contact us through the website with your order number and reason for the request.

Eligible Returns

Items may be eligible for return if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item was significantly different from the description
  • There was an error with the order

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn and undamaged
  • Returned with original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our items are unique or personal items, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Stockings or worn apparel
  • Custom or modified pieces
  • Clearance or final sale items

These exceptions will always be noted in the listing when applicable.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within a few business days depending on the payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend using tracked shipping for any return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right.

Exchanges

Because many pieces in the Den are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not always possible. If an exchange is available, we’ll gladly arrange it.

Live Sale Purchases

Items purchased during live streams or auctions (such as eBay live sales) may be subject to the policies of that platform in addition to this policy.
