We want you to love what you find in the Den. Because many of our items are vintage, handcrafted, or one-of-a-kind<\/strong>, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the uniqueness of the pieces we sell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Window<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To begin a return, contact us through the website with your order number and reason for the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligible Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Items may be eligible for return if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The item arrived damaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The item was significantly different from the description<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • There was an error with the order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Returned items must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Unworn and undamaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Returned with original packaging when possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Because many of our items are unique or personal items, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Stockings or worn apparel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Custom or modified pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Clearance or final sale items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        These exceptions will always be noted in the listing when applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method<\/strong> within a few business days depending on the payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Return Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        We recommend using tracked shipping for any return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Damaged or Incorrect Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong> and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Because many pieces in the Den are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not always possible. If an exchange is available, we\u2019ll gladly arrange it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Live Sale Purchases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Items purchased during live streams or auctions<\/strong> (such as eBay live sales) may be subject to the policies of that platform in addition to this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
